Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on job sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, including debris removal and site organization.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies at all times.
- Measure and cut materials as directed by supervisors.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with team members and clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
