Your Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with basic tasks such as cleaning work areas, digging trenches, and setting up scaffolding.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and instructions provided by the site supervisor.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Requirements
- No prior construction experience required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are mandatory.
- Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
