Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various construction duties on site.
- Load, unload, and transport building materials to and from job sites.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Perform site preparation tasks such as digging, lifting, and hauling.
- Follow all safety protocols and company instructions.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid ID.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
