Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and operating hand tools
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following safety protocols
- Support carpenters and tradespeople with basic construction tasks
- Inspect and report equipment/materials for safety compliance
- Adapt to flexible schedules including early mornings and weekends
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform strenuous tasks
- Basic hand tool knowledge (hammers, shovels, saws)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
