Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and water heaters
- Install plumbing components following local building codes and safety standards
- Provide emergency plumbing services with rapid response capabilities
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe unclogging, and sewer line inspections
- Estimate project costs and communicate clearly with homeowners
- Maintain service vehicles and inventory of plumbing tools/materials
- Document service reports and maintain client communication logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience
- Valid Colorado Plumber's License (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Proficiency in pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater repair
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing issues
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Physical stamina for crawling, lifting, and working in confined spaces
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
