Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing systems in residential/commercial properties
- Install water heaters, fixtures, and pipe networks following safety protocols
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and fixture maintenance
- Provide emergency plumbing services during on-call rotations
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with team members on large-scale renovation projects
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Valid California plumbing license and current certifications
- Proficiency with trenchless pipe repair and hydro-jetting equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic skills for complex plumbing systems
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
