Your Role
As a Plumber Apprentice, you will support our senior technicians in residential and commercial projects. This is a hands-on learning position where you will master the fundamentals of plumbing systems, pipefitting, and leak detection.
Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Learn to identify and use various hand and power tools, pipe wrenches, and soldering equipment.
- Prepare job sites, including excavation, trenching, and basic carpentry as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs and maintain a professional image.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Perform basic cleaning and organization of tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- No prior plumbing experience is required; a strong desire to learn is essential.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
