Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installation, repair, and maintenance projects.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and soldering under direct supervision.
- Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Interact professionally with customers to explain services and answer questions.
- Transport materials and equipment to various job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on ladders.
- Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and grow professionally.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
