Responsibilities
- Install and Repair: Install, repair, and maintain piping systems in both residential and commercial settings.
- Diagnosis: Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues to determine the most effective solutions.
- Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to plan installations.
- Compliance: Ensure all work performed strictly adheres to local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service by communicating clearly with clients regarding project progress and costs.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe working condition.
- Site Cleanliness: Keep job sites clean and organized at all times.
Qualifications
- Licensure: Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Skills: Proficient in pipefitting, welding, and soldering techniques.
- Diagnosis: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Physicality: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
