Responsibilities
- Architectural Strategy: Design and implement the core infrastructure for Project 2026, focusing on scalability, security, and low-latency inference.
- Model Research & Development: Lead the research and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Product) to integrate AI models into production environments seamlessly.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce computational costs and improve model accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Core Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, transformers, and state-of-the-art AI methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
