Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Create and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for integrating AI technologies, focusing on AGI and predictive modeling by the target year.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive stakeholders and non-technical investors, ensuring buy-in and clear vision.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify and prototype high-impact AI use cases that will revolutionize our product offerings in the near future.
- Policy & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring compliance with global standards and responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI strategy, product management, or a related technical field, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term product roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and influence decision-makers.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Future-Proofing: A strong intuition for emerging technologies and the ability to anticipate how they will shape the market by 2026.
