Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Operate power tools and hand tools in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, leveling, and concrete finishing.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by cleaning up debris and waste regularly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform general physical labor as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) reliably.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in construction or general labor is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
