Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and job site standards
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and carpenters on integrated projects
- Inspect completed work for quality assurance and compliance
- Manage inventory and maintain organized job site conditions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of verifiable construction labor experience
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Ability to read architectural drawings and technical documents
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
