Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
- Ensure compliance with Seattle plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and order plumbing materials efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Mentor junior plumbers and apprentices on best practices
- Collaborate with contractors and property managers on complex projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional plumbing experience with valid Washington state plumbing license
- Expertise in pipefitting, fixture installation, and water heater systems
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for complex plumbing issues
- Familiarity with Seattle's plumbing codes and permit requirements
- OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
