Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term 2026 product vision, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Design) to translate high-level strategy into technical requirements.
- Prioritize the roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, focusing on high-impact innovations.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior product or architectural role.
- Deep understanding of AI/ML principles, including NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading complex, multi-year product roadmaps.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
