Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, excavation, and material handling on active construction sites
- Operate power tools including jackhammers, saws, and demolition equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute precise construction tasks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist carpenters, masons, and specialized trades with technical support
- Load/unload construction materials and organize tool inventory
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurement calculations
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Steel-toe boots and hard hat mandatory on site
