Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for project execution
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Assist skilled tradespeople with installation and framing tasks
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shifts
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for early morning starts
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
