Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely under supervision.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize inventory.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site regulations strictly.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with layout tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior construction experience is required; we teach you everything.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to follow directions.
