- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize them at the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, carrying, and cleaning.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and following safety protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in site preparation.
Qualifications
- No experience required – We provide on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
