Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in residential and commercial properties.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan plumbing layouts.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs and costs to clients.
- Perform routine maintenance on pipes and equipment to prevent future issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Strong knowledge of pipe materials, fitting types, and soldering/brazing techniques.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
