Responsibilities
- Perform routine, preventative, and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial systems.
- Install and repair water heaters, garbage disposals, and piping systems according to local codes.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues such as leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain problems and provide transparent cost estimates.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including proper tool organization and site cleanup.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while on job sites.
Qualifications
- Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent certification in the state of California (or willingness to relocate).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional plumbing experience.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of blueprints, local plumbing codes, and safety standards.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
