Responsibilities
- Execute physical tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project specifications
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete, framing, and finishing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper waste disposal
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
