Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, carrying materials, and cleaning job sites.
- Operate and maintain basic construction equipment and tools safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks and projects.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to work areas.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from site supervisors and project managers.
- Perform minor site preparation and cleanup duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-oriented mindset.
