Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up temporary structures.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support Skilled Trades: Provide essential support to electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other skilled tradespeople as directed.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under strict supervision.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, site protocols, and company regulations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Experience: Previous construction experience is preferred but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Safety Conscious: Strong commitment to workplace safety and wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Availability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
