Responsibilities
- Excavate, prepare, and clean construction sites according to project specifications
- Load/unload construction materials and operate heavy machinery under supervision
- Install and remove temporary safety barriers and signage
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Maintain clean and organized job site throughout shift
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Flexible availability for 10-12 hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic hand tool proficiency and willingness to learn new equipment
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero-tolerance policy for tardiness
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or warehouse operations preferred
