Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, framing, concrete pouring, and demolition
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely under supervision
- Follow blueprints and project specifications with precision
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with supervisors and tradespeople to meet deadlines
- Conduct site safety inspections and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Driver's License (required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across King County
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
