Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete pours, forms, and finishing per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with OSHA compliance
- Install/repair electrical systems, plumbing, and structural frameworks
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain job site cleanliness
- Read technical schematics and adjust work plans dynamically
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Qualifications
- 3+ years verified construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid Missouri driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Blueprint reading and basic math skills
- Emergency First Aid/CPR certification preferred
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
