Responsibilities
- Assist in general construction tasks including mixing concrete, digging, and hauling materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools under supervision.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols (OSHA compliance).
- Unload materials and organize construction sites efficiently.
- Perform physical labor as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
