Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (e.g., jackhammers, drills, forklifts) with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
