Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, material handling, and cleanup operations
- Operate hand/power tools under supervisor guidance (hammers, saws, drills)
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and plans
- Maintain organized job site safety protocols and equipment
- Support skilled trades with material delivery and installation
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
- Document daily progress and material usage for project managers
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 4 PM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- OSHA 10-hour certification (provided if not already certified)
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
