Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including material handling, debris removal, and equipment setup
- Assist skilled trades with foundational work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain clean, organized work zones
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and safety protocols
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety guidelines at all times
- Support concrete pouring, excavation, and site leveling operations
- Complete daily progress reports and inventory management
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus (training provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
