Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and site preparation
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Demolish structures and clear debris following OSHA protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with proper signage
- Inspect tools and equipment before daily operations
- Support concrete pouring and finishing operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Availability for weekend shifts (no weekdays)
