Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically fit with the stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required.
