Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in accordance with safety regulations.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as framing, concrete pouring, or demolition.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations to ensure project accuracy.
- Transport debris and waste to designated disposal areas.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays (Rotational schedule).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a huge plus but not required.
