Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and distribute building materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Prepare job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and comply with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations for material estimates.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with measuring tapes.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Valid identification (I-9 compliance) is required.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we offer paid training for the right candidates.
