Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labor duties including digging, shoveling, and lifting heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs).
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as carrying lumber, mixing concrete, or cleaning work areas.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards (debris, spills, etc.) at the end of each shift.
- Unload materials from delivery trucks and store them in designated areas.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and fellow team members.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physically fit with the stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior crew members.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Baltimore.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including steel-toed boots, gloves, and safety glasses.
- No prior construction experience required; on-the-job training provided.
