Responsibilities
- Perform general site cleanup, maintenance, and organization to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with the loading, unloading, and staging of building materials and equipment.
- Transport debris and waste from the active work area to designated disposal sites.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under the direct supervision of a foreman.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols, site-specific rules, and company policies at all times.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints or project plans to understand project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless workflow and project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) and stand or walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Denver.
- Willingness and ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well within a team structure and follow verbal instructions.
