Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleaning of job sites before and after work hours.
- Load and unload building materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and transport them to work areas.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with layout tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Collaborate with skilled tradespeople to ensure project milestones are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience is necessary; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Basic math skills and ability to read basic measurements.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Kansas City, MO.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
