Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist in site preparation, including cleaning, organizing, and securing work areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly at all times.
- Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to work sites.
- Collaborate effectively with foremen and crew members to meet daily project goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Experience with basic construction tools is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to the job site is mandatory.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
