Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including excavation, loading, and unloading of construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, drywall, and concrete placement as needed.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, jackhammer) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans to ensure accurate execution.
- Transport tools and materials between job sites using company vehicles.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to the Site Supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for 8+ hours per day.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools, safety equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts as required.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
