Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site prep, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision
- Read and interpret construction blueprints and plans
- Maintain clean and organized job site per OSHA standards
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Perform daily equipment inspections and safety checks
- Collaborate with team to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Must be available for both Saturday and Sunday shifts
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Construction boot/shoes required (no sneakers)
