Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, loading, and unloading materials.
- Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and maintenance of the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations set by OSHA.
- Transport materials and tools between work areas as directed.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other crew members.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures.
