Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks including carpentry, drywall installation, and general site preparation.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, ensuring debris is removed daily.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and hauling.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
