Responsibilities
- Assist with daily site preparation, excavation, and cleanup.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload building materials from trucks to work sites.
- Support senior tradespeople with framing, drywall, or general carpentry tasks.
- Ensure all work areas comply with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long hours.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
