Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and finishing.
- Operate and maintain power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders safely and efficiently.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris, moving materials, and setting up work areas.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks and organize job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Perform basic measurements and assist in reading blueprints or project plans.
- Conduct daily cleanup and site maintenance after shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and flexible shift hours.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
