Responsibilities
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling and task support
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions for project accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to Minneapolis worksites
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-6pm)
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
