Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, loading/unloading, and site preparation
- Operate basic hand/power tools safely and maintain organized job sites
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and debris removal
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and report hazards immediately
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance tasks
- Support project timelines by efficiently completing assigned labor duties
- Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn through paid training
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with flexible availability
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
- Previous construction/labor experience preferred but not required
