Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Electricians: Support senior team members with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Material Handling: Transport, load, and unload electrical materials and tools safely to job sites.
- Site Preparation: Help prepare work areas by organizing tools, clearing debris, and ensuring a clean workspace.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs and report any issues or safety concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred; trade school coursework is a plus but not required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn over technical skills.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required for travel between job sites).
- Basic Skills: Strong math skills (fractions/decimals) and basic computer literacy.
