Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Perform basic wiring tasks, termination, and conduit bending under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and transport tools to various job sites.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and electrical schematics.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained and stored properly.
- Follow all company policies and local building codes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred (or equivalent life experience).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods on job sites.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurements.
- Willingness to obtain state licensure upon completion of the apprenticeship program.
