Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and foundation work with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts, bulldozers) safely and efficiently
- Install and dismantle scaffolding, temporary structures, and safety barriers
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete structures following blueprints
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with material handling
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA protocols
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Class B CDL or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency with power tools and hand-operated equipment
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Willingness to travel within central Ohio region
